Explorations Online Lessons and Questions

Today I sent out an email to all the addresses of those who have requested to be on the list for online classes. If you did not get that email, first check your span or junk folders and if it's not there, send me an email at martha@madcowcreationz.com.

There will be three ways to take lessons. There will be lessons to download, live classes and private lessons. I am flexible and open to suggestions so don't be shy. I want this to be an interactive community and your input is very important to that.

If you have a specific need or subject matter you want a class developed on, let me know and I will do everything I can to get that done. There is also an Ask Martha section on the website. Just look at the black bar just below the cow. For those of you who used to "Ask Emma" you'll get the same great information because for over 10 years, I was Emma. It was not revealed because it was more fun that way! (The name Emma came from my first initials... M A). I will answer questions on embroidery, sewing, software, machines, quilting or whatever you want to ask. If I don't know the answer, I'll try to find an answer for you, if I can't find it, I'll tell you. If I can answer it in a quick short answer, I will. If it's going to take a while to answer, it may turn into a lesson to download.

We've also changed our requirements for logging in. (This is the result of an email we got. So you see, we try to be responsive.) All you need is an email address and a password and you can access all the areas of the site. You do need to log in to post any questions or comments and to get to the RSS (that's that little orange thing that sends you information when something on the site has been updated or changed. Of course, if you want to order something, you'll need to give us a little more information.

There are some big goals and dreams behind this website and there's a lot of experience and bains behind it as well. My daughter and son-in-law have the brains and I have the experience. (OK, they have quite a bit of experience too, and...okay I have a brain too.) We need YOU to make this a success. We need YOUR creativity, YOUR ideas, YOUR questions, YOUR input and most of all YOUR love for your craft. We are very passionate about what we do and know you are too. Let's do it together.
Happy "Em"broidering!
Martha

And yes, "there are still two kinds of embroiderers...those who do a test sewout and those who wish they had."
