Mad Cow Creationz was started by a group of friends and their mothers who loved to spend time quilting and crafting together. Mad Cow stands for "Mothers And Daughters, Crafters Of the World".
MAD COW Creationz is really a team of two currently: Martha Sheriff and her daughter Jenn Haxton.
Martha Sheriff is the authority on Explorations and helped in the development of the software from its birth. She has been in the embroidery world since 1986 and has written several books and articles on embroidery topics, both for professional and home embroiderers.
Jenn Haxton was responsible for developing embroidery products for the home embroidery market for several years and has been in the embroidery world since 1988. It seems to run in the family!
Both Martha and Jenn get together with their friends to create projects, generate new ideas, and collaborate on personal projects. They also both teach at the local quilt shop in Guthrie, Oklahoma. If you are in the area, be sure to stop by and see the Sooner Quilts shop.
